Master the art of omakase—the world-renowned Edomae sushi style—through a focused and professional course. This program doesn’t just cover sushi making; you’ll also dive into fish handling, traditional Japanese cuisine, desserts, and more, all guided by expert instructors committed to your growth.
With small class sizes, every participant receives personalized attention. You'll gain deep knowledge and hands-on skills through both lectures and practical training tailored to your pace and strengths.
The program takes place in Japan’s first culinary school located inside a real market—just under 30 minutes from Narita Airport by public transport. This immersive environment lets you learn not only food preparation but also sourcing and customer service, building essential business skills along the way.
You’ll also enjoy special excursions, such as Toyosu Fish Market tour, Kappabashi Kitchen Town, and visits to top Japanese food companies and factories.
